How much will it cost me?

The cost will depend on the nature of your business, the number of transactions and the services that you choose to outsource to us, however, we are confident that our fees will be competitive to your current expenses. More importantly, you will not have to worry about hiring, training and managing your bookkeeper; not to mention the overhead cost of space, phone, computer and employee benefits.

Why outsource and not just do it in-house using off-the-self software?

Most small businesses (especially owners) feel like super humans… “Oh, I can do bookeeping”. We are sure you can, but do you really want to? Wouldn’t you rather focus on growing your business and leave the bookkeeping to the professionals and get timely insight in to your financial data that would help you accelerate your growth?

How long will it take to get started with Mooneem?

We would like to say right away but it depends on the state of your current books and the complexity of your business. Normally, we would get started right away (in a couple of days) but the complete transition could take a few weeks.

What software can I use?

We work with all popluar software, Quickbooks, Peachtree, MYOB, MAS 90/200, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. Depending on the software and the type of access/control that you require, you may have to provide us with the software license(s).

What about the data? How secure is it? Who owns it?

All data that we host will be saved and transferred securely. Only authorized people will have access to it at anytime. The data is yours and will remain yours. You can download it anytime that you want.

What about my accountant? Do I still need him? Will he still have access to the data?

Your accountant is your guide for taxes, audits, compliance, etc. and we respect that. At the same time, he/she would love the financial data that he/she would receive from us. We consider CPAs as partners and not competitors. We start by understanding their requirements and like to follow their guidelines so that we can all remain stress-free during the crucial tax time.
